Mr. Willie Middleton, age 85, of Watha, gently closed his eyes, crossed form this walk of life, and entered eternal glory on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 while at the Lower Cape Fear Life Care Center located in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Public Viewing and Family Visitation for relatives and friends will take place 1:00p.m. - 3:00p.m. on Sunday, August 20, 2023 at The Chapel of Dunn Funeral Home - 810 W. Wilmington St. Burgaw, NC 28425.

Mr. Willie Middleton was born to the late Carrie Middleton Pittman on June 24, 1938. He was raised in Atkinson, NC by the late Jerry and Annie Middleton. He later married Alice Gurganious and to them two children were born. He worked for Corbett's Packaging Company for many years but retired while working for Pender Memorial Hospital.

He Leaves To Cherish His Memory: Two Daughters, Margaret Simpson (Virgil) of Atkinson, NC, Angela Keith of Atkinson, NC. One Step-Daughter, Teresa Coleman of Atkinson, NC. Five Grandchildren; Ten Great-Grandchildren; Two Sisters, Lois Pittman of Castle Hayne, NC, Retha Murphy of Rose Hill, NC and One Brother, Nathan Pittman of Rose Hill, NC.
