Mr. William Earl Carr, affectionately known as "Bill" passed away on October 13, 2015 in Brooklyn, NY. He is survived locally by his sisters: Alice Carr Pickett(Haywood) and Queen Benjamin all of Burgaw, NC; his two brothers: Paul Carr(Laura) of Currie, NC and Leon Carr of Fayetteville, NC.
Funeral services will be held 6:00pm Monday, October 19, 2015 at Bridge Street AME Church, Brooklyn, NY. Interment will be at Immanuel Baptist Church Cemetery, Saluda, Virginia
