Mr. Vernice Lee Henry , age 73, of Currie, placed his hand in the Master's hand and received his rest on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 while at New Hanover Regional Medical Center located in Wilmington, North Carolina. He is the husband of Mrs. Myrtle Henry.

A Homegoing Celebration will take place at 1:00p.m. on Monday, August 8, 2022 at Moore's Creek Missionary Baptist Church - 60 Minuteman Road, Currie, NC.

Public Viewing for relatives and friends will convene during the hours of 5:00p.m. - 7:00p.m. on Sunday, August 7, 2022 at The Chapel of Dunn Funeral Home - 810 W. Wilmington St. Burgaw, NC 28425.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking that you make a donation to Davita Dialysis Burgaw, NC in honor of Vernice Henry.
