Ms. Tonya Vishon Herring , age 35, peacefully laid down the burdens of this world and entered into celestial peace on Sunday, January 31, 2021 while at Duke University Hospital located in Durham, North Carolina.

A Celebration of Love Honoring Her Life will take place at 3:00pm on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at The Chapel of Dunn Funeral Home - 810 W. Wilmington St. Burgaw, NC 28425. Interment will immediately follow in the Herring Cemetery located on Messick Road in Willard, North Carolina.

A public viewing for family and friends will be 5:00pm - 7:00pm on Friday, February 5, 2021 at The Chapel of Dunn Funeral Home - 810 W. Wilmington St. Burgaw, NC 28425. In all efforts to keep everyone safe We are asking that there be NO LINGERING .

Please be mindful of the Governor's Executive Order limiting gatherings.

For our safety and yours no more than 50 people will be allowed inside our facility at all times.

We will be expecting EVERYONE entering our facility to Comply with the Order, Wear a Face Covering and Practice Social Distancing.
