Mr. Thurman E. Lewis, Sr. , husband of Mrs. Edna M. Lewis, of the Long Creek Community of Rocky Point at the calling of Almighty God passed from this life into life anew with the Father on Saturday, October 2, 2021 while at his residence.

A Homegoing Celebration will be held at 2:30p.m. on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at The Chapel of Dunn Funeral Home - 810 W. Wilmington St. Burgaw, NC 28425. Interment will immediately follow in the St. Mark Cemetery of Rocky Point, North Carolina.

A Public Viewing and Visitation will take place 6:00p.m. - 7:00p.m. on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at The Chapel of Dunn Funeral Home - 810 W. Wilmington St. Burgaw, NC 28425 and during the hour of 1:30p.m. - 2:20p.m. on Sunday, October 10, 2021 prior to the 2:30p.m. Homegoing Celebration at The Chapel of Dunn Funeral Home - 810 W. Wilmington St. Burgaw, NC 28425.
