Theodore Roosevelt Banks, Sr., who departed this life peacefully on January 26, 2025, at his home.

Theodore was known for his love of good company and great energy, traits that endeared him to all who knew him. He leaves behind a family who will cherish his memory: his long-time love, Fannie Clayton; his seven children, Tamara Thompson, Antonio Clayton, Theodore Banks Jr., Derico Banks, Makeka Banks, Carl Banks, and Jamie Garner.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Dunn Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., located at 810 W Wilmington Street, Burgaw, NC, 28425. The visitation will begin at 11:00 AM, followed by the funeral service at 12:00 PM.

Theodore's warmth, kindness, and enduring spirit will be remembered and missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. May he rest in peace.
