Mr. Simone "Justice" Carter, 47, of New York, passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2013, in New York.
The funeral will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 1, 2013, at Mt. Rena Missionary Baptist Church, Rocky Point, with final viewing following the funeral service. There will not be any viewing on Thursday, Oct. 31st. Burial will be in the Williams Cemetery, Rocky Point.
