Ms. Shirley Juanita Hudson, age 74 of the Sandy Field Community, Riegelwood peacefully placed her hands in the Master's hand and received her eternal rest on Monday, December 11, 2023 at Novant New Hanover Regional Medical Center Wilmington, NC.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Tonya Hudson Bowen; grandson, Felton Bowen(Myra); great-grands, Destiney Mitchell and Jordan Bowen; siblings, Christine Hall(Zannie), Ledell Hudson(Cynthia) and Alfonza Brown (Eugenia) and a host of nieces, nephews, loving relatives and friends.

Homegoing celebration will take place at 1:00pm Monday. December 18, 2023 at New Zion Missionary Baptist Church 12123 Old Lake Road, Riegelwood, NC 28456. Interment will follow in the New Zion M.B.C. Cemetery.

Viewing for relatives and friends will be held 4:00pm to 6:00pm Sunday, December 17, 2023 at Dunn Funeral Home Chapel 810 West Wilmington Street Burgaw, NC 28425.
