It is with profound sadness that we announce the transitioning of Mr. Samuel Lee Coston of Teachey, North Carolina.  Mr. Coston departed this life peacefully on Thursday, July 3, 2025, surrounded by loved ones.

Those left to cherish his memories are his wife, Rebecca Coston, mother, Nettie McDaniel, children, Sarita Coston, Shernell Coston and Alisha Coston Young; grandchildren, Kameron Coston, Hailey Coston, Trey Myers, Janae Myers, Kamya Myers and Kameesa Myers; siblings, Karen Cooper and Anita McDaniel and a myriad of family and friends.

Samuel was known for his kind spirit and unwavering love. Sam's presence will be greatly missed, but his legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Homgeoing celebration will take place 1:00pm Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at First Assembly of God Church 212 West Main St, Wallace, NC 28466.

All viewing will be held prior to the homegoing celebration during the hour of 12:00noon to 12:50pm at First Assembly of God Sanctuary.

Interment will follow in the Duplin Memorial Gardens 4665 US-117, Teachey, NC 28464.
