Mrs. Sally Ann Newkirk-Palmer , age 62, of Wilmington, crossed from this walk of life into peace everlasting on Friday, September 15, 2023 while at the Lower Cape Fear Life Care Center located in Wilmington, North Carolina. Mrs. Newkirk-Palmer is the wife of Mr. James Palmer.

A Homegoing Celebration will convene at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church - 4134 Piney Woods Road, Willard, NC. Interment will immediately follow in the Messick Cemetery located in Watha, North Carolina.

Public Viewing and Visitation for relatives and friends will take place 1:00 p.m. - 1:50 p.m. on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church - 4134 Piney Woods Road, Willard, NC prior to the 2:00p.m. Homegoing Celebration.

In lieu of Standing sprays(flowers) the family is asking for those who wish to purchase a flower please purchase pot plants.
