Mr. Roy L. Hand, age 90, of Burgaw peacefully Transitioned into Eternal Rest on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Wilmington, North Carolina. He is the father of Roy M. Hand, Janice I. Hand and Mary H. Scott all of Burgaw.

Homegoing celebration service will be held 3:00pm Sunday, August 14, 2022 at New Pike Creek A.M.E. Church 7178 Stag Park Road, Burgaw, NC 28425. Interment will follow in the Whitestocking Cemetery, Burgaw.

Viewing for relatives and friends will be held 5:00pm to 7:00pm Saturday, August 13, 2022 at Dunn Funeral Home Chapel 810 West Wilmington Street Burgaw, NC 28425.
