Ms. Rita DeVoria Hill Jacobs , age 63, of Burgaw, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 while at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center located in Wilmington, North Carolina.
A Memorial Celebration of Life Service will convene at 11:00a.m. on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at The Chapel of Dunn Funeral Home - 810 W. Wilmington St. Burgaw, NC 28425.
