While it is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we all love and cherish. Family and friends, we must bid farewell to our Father in Ministry to many, Reverend Benjamin Everett Sr. , of the Twin Oaks Community of Burgaw, NC. He went on to glory at the age of 92, on August 25, 2023.

A Homegoing Service Celebrating A Well Lived Life will be held at 1:00p.m. on Thursday, August 31, 2023 at the Middle District Missionary Baptist Association Headquarters Building - 1821 NC Highway 53 West, Burgaw, NC 28425. Interment will immediately follow in the Pike Creek Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery located in Burgaw, NC.

Public Viewing and Visitation for relatives and friends will convene 5:00p.m. - 7:00p.m. on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at The Chapel of Dunn Funeral Home - 810 W. Wilmington St. Burgaw, NC 28425. A Quiet Hour will take place 5:00p.m. - 6:00p.m. and a Inspirational Wake(with reflections from friends and family) will take place 6:00p.m. - 7:00p.m.

Left to cherish his many precious memories are: daughters, Glory Everett, Saundra Everett-McDowell, MeLisa Everett; sons Benjamin Everett Jr., Gary Everett Sr., Arthur Lee Everett II, Seventeen grandchildren, thirty-four great-grandchildren, eight great-great grandchildren, two sisters, Willette Robinson and Helen Smith; and a dynasty of nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends.

The family of Reverend Benjamin Everett Sr. are accepting visitors at the home of his daughter, Saundra Everett-McDowell at 1775 NC Highway 53 West, Burgaw, NC 28425 (next door to the Middle District Missionary Baptist Association).
