Ms. Rachel Renee Carter age 46, of Riegelwood, NC passed away on July 29, 2017 at her home.
Funeral service will be 2:00pm Saturday, August 5, 2017 at Graham Chapel AME Zion Church. Burial will follow in the Graham Chapel AME Zion Cemetery.
All viewing will be on the day of the service Saturday, August 5, 2017 at Graham Chapel AME Zion church one hour prior to the service from 1:00pm to 1:50pm.
