It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Queen Elizabeth Henry. She peacefully departed this world at her residence in Currie, North Carolina, surrounded by the warmth of her family's love.
Her Legacy: Queen Elizabeth's legacy is etched in the hearts of those who knew her best. Her unwavering love, kindness, and resilience will forever inspire us. Through her children—Daisy Bean, Joyce Hansley, Wilhelmina Tramel, Linda Martin and, Phyllistine Martin Hansley. Along with a host of Grandchildren, Great Grands, and family and friends—her spirit lives on, a testament to the strength of family bonds.
Visitation Details: We invite friends and family to join us for a visitation at Dunn Funeral Home on Thursday, October 3rd, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. This will be a time to share memories, offer comfort, and celebrate the life of a remarkable woman.
Celebration of Life: On Friday, October 4th, at 1:00 pm, we will gather at Moore's Creek Missionary Baptist Church in Currie, NC, to honor Queen Elizabeth's life. Let us come together to celebrate her legacy, share stories, and find solace in each other's presence.
Final Resting Place: Queen Elizabeth will find her eternal rest in the peaceful embrace of the church cemetery. May her soul rest in everlasting peace.
