It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of our Uncle Paul Leon Fennell, Sr, age 91 of Decatur, GA.

Funeral Service 9:00 AM Thursday September 26, 2024 at Rainbow Park Baptist Church, Decatur, GA.

Interment will follow at Georgia National Cemetery, Canton, GA.
