Ms. Pamela Darlene Waddell Ballard , age 52, of Riegelwood, turned a page, completed her assignment on earth and went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 25, 2023 while at the Lower Cape Fear Life Care Center located in Wilmington, North Carolina. Indeed a life well lived and a rest well earned. She is the mother of La'Asiah Ballard.

A Homegoing Celebration will take place at 12:00 Noon on Friday, June 30, 2023 at Mount Pleasant AME Zion Church - 15956 Old Lake Rd. Riegelwood, NC. Interment will immediately follow in the Mount Pleasant AME Zion Church cemetery.

Viewing and Visitation for relatives and friends will be held 11:00a.m. - 11:50a.m. on Friday, June 30, 2023 at Mount Pleasant AME Zion Church - 15956 Old Lake Rd. Riegelwood, NC prior to the 12:00 Noon Homegoing Celebration.
