Mrs. Ophelia Darnelle Simmons Jones , age 69, of Castle Hayne, quietly exchanged time for eternity  on Friday, March 1, 2024 while at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center located in Wilmington, North Carolina.

A Homegoing Celebration will convene at 12:00 Noon on Friday, March 8, 2024 at God's Royal Family Church of God - 302 Southern Blvd, Wilmington, NC, 28401. Interment will immediately follow in the Pollocks Cemetery located in the Scott's Hill Community of Wilmington, NC.

Public Viewing and Visitation for relatives and friends will take place during the hour of 11:00a.m. - 11:50a.m. on Friday, March 8, 2024 at God's Royal Family Church of God - 302 Southern Blvd, Wilmington, NC, 28401 prior to the 12:00 Noon Homegoing Celebration.
