Ms. Michelle DeVane , 55, peacefully transitioned into eternal rest on Sunday, November 12, 2023. She is the mother of Markus DeVane, Octavia DeVane, Khadejah Monk, Mekel Treadwell, Mekhi Treadwell, and Michael Treadwell III.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, November 20, 2023, at Dunn Funeral Home Chapel, 810 W. Wilmington St., Burgaw, NC 28425. Interment will follow in the Jumping Run Cemetery, Ivanhoe.

A viewing and visitation for relatives and friends will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 12:50 p.m. on November 20, 2023 at Dunn Funeral Home Chapel.
