Mrs. Mary Lillie Fennell, 75, of Burgaw, quietly departed this life on Monday, April 29, 2013 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center surrounded by her family.
Mrs. Fennell was born on April 15, 2013 in Wilmington to the late Samuel Fennell and Flora Mallard Fennell. She joined St. John United Holy Church at an early age. She worked as a Nurse's Aide until her health failed and she retired.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, May 3, 2013 at Dunn Funeral Home. The funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 4, 2013 at Mt. Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Kenan-Mallard Cemetery, Deep Bottom Community, Wallace. Dunn Funeral Home, Burgaw.
