With heavy hearts and profound love, we celebrate the life of Malachi McCullough, who peacefully passed away in his home on May 4, 2025, surrounded by the warmth and devotion of his family. At 76 years old, Malachi's journey was one of love, strength, and unwavering dedication to those he cherished.

Malachi's legacy lives on through his devoted wife, Jacqualine B. McCullough; his beloved sons, Jahmal McCullough and Malachi McCullough III; and his treasured grandson, Patrick Malik Webster. He was a guiding light, not only to his family but to the many friends and loved ones who were blessed to know him. Though he was preceded in death by his dear daughter, Malakia B. McCullough, and granddaughter, Malakia Precious McCullough, their memories remain forever etched in the hearts of those who loved them.

A celebration of his life will be held on May 12, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Elevation Baptist Church, located at 5271 EBC Village Way, Knightdale, NC 27545. Friends and loved ones may pay their respects during a public visitation, beginning one hour prior to the service. Following the service, the family invites guests to a repass at St. Matthew African Methodist Episcopal Church, located at 1629 Bennett St, Raleigh, NC, 27604.

In his final journey, Malachi will be laid to rest at Boney Family Cemetery in Rose Hill, NC, where his spirit will find eternal peace among generations of loved ones.

May his legacy of love, wisdom, and kindness continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who knew him. His presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on forever.
