Lieutenant Colonel Willie Samuel Jacobs (Retired) , age 88, of Wilmington, quietly crossed the sands of time on Saturday, March 25, 2023 while in the comfort of his residence. He is the husband of Mrs. Annie K. Jacobs.

A Celebration of Life Service will take place at 1:00p.m. on Friday, April 7, 2023 at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church - 4134 Piney Woods Road Willard, NC 28478. Interment will immediately follow in the Herring-Walker Cemetery located in Watha, NC.

Public Viewing for relatives and friends will be held 12:00Noon - 12:50p.m. on Friday, April 7, 2023 at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church - 4134 Piney Woods Road Willard, NC 28478 prior to the 1:00p.m. Celebration of Life Service.
In lieu of flowers the family ask for donations to be made to Lower Cape Fear Hospice in memory of Mr. Jacobs,
