Mr. Leonard Eugene Winston , age 71, of Jacksonville, peacefully received his eternal rest on Sunday, October 9, 2022 while at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital located in Greensboro, North Carolina. He is the husband of Mrs. June Jones Winston.

A Celebration of Life Service will convene on Tuesday October 18, 2022 at The Chapel of Dunn Funeral Home - 810 W. Wilmington St. Burgaw, NC 28425. Interment will follow in the Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery located in Jacksonville, NC.

Public Viewing for family and friends will be held 10:00a.m. - 10:50a.m. on Tuesday October 18, 2022 at The Chapel of Dunn Funeral Home - 810 W. Wilmington St. Burgaw, NC 28425 prior to the 11:00a.m. Celebration of Life Service.
