Mrs. W. Lazora H. Williams
, age 102, departed this life at Duke Regional Hospital. With deep remorse, the family acknowledges her transitioning to eternal life.
Mrs. Lazora H. Williams is a former teacher of Pender County Schools.
Left to cherish her fond memories are her daughter, Paula W. McAdoo (Terry); sons, Marlowe A. Williams and Paul D. Williams (Almertia); nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family members and friends.
A private family service of celebration has been scheduled for Saturday, January 23, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. at St. Joseph AME Church, 2521 Fayetteville Street, Durham, North Carolina 27707; with a viewing from 12:30 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Interment will take place in the Salisbury National Cemetery, Salisbury, NC.
