Mr. Kevin Hicks, 62, of Rocky Point, North Carolina, peacefully entered eternal rest on July 1, 2025. A beloved husband, devoted father, and cherished friend, Kevin leaves behind a legacy of unwavering love and quiet strength.

He was the loving husband of Mrs. Tenetrias Hicks, whose life he enriched with partnership and devotion. Together, they raised a beautiful family, including four children: Kevin Hunt, Charisse Hicks, Cheyenne Hicks, and Chaniya Hicks. To Kevin, family was everything. His kindness, laughter, and dependable presence extended far beyond his immediate circle—to his siblings, extended relatives, and countless friends whose lives were brightened by his compassion and genuine spirit.

Kevin's memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him. His decades of love and generosity created a ripple effect that will carry on for generations.

A Celebration of Life honoring Mr. Hicks will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at Middle District Missionary Baptist Association, located at 1821 NC Hwy 53 E, Burgaw, NC 28425.

Public visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, from 5:00-7:00 Pm at Dunn Funeral Home Chapel, 810 W Wilmington Street, Burgaw, NC 28425.

Interment rights will take place at R & D Hicks Cemetery in Rocky Point, NC
