Mr. Joseph Hayes, Sr., age 71 of Burgaw, peacefully transitioned into eternal rest on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at his residence with his family at his side. He is the father of Joseph Hayes, Jr., Pamela Hayes and Jennifer Hayes.

Celebration of Life service will be held 3:00pm Sunday, June 4, 2023 at Union Chapel Missionary Baptist Church 12401 US Highway 421 Burgaw, NC 28425. Interment will follow in the Caroline Memorial Garden Currie, NC.

Viewing for relatives and friends will be held 6:00pm to 8:00pm Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Dunn Funeral Home Chapel 810 West Wilmington Street Burgaw, NC.
