Mr. Johnnie L. Holmes, III, age 73 of Wilmington Crossed over into the land of tranquility on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at Novant New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Wilmington.

Mr. Holmes is the husband of Pastor, Diane S. Holmes; the father of Brandon K. Holmes, Jonathan Holmes and Dilesha C. Holmes.

Home going service will be held 1:00pm Thursday, June 6, 2024 at Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church Wilmington, NC. Interment will follow in the Point Caswell Cemetery, Atkinson, NC.

Viewing for relatives and friends will be during the hours of 5:00pm to 7:00pm Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at Dunn Funeral Home Chapel 810 West Wilmington Street Burgaw, NC 28425.
