Obituary
Mr. John Curtis Sharpless, Jr. age 69 Peacefully transitioned into a world of the free at Premier Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Jacksonville, NC.
Celebration of Life will be held 12:00noon Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Greater St Paul United Holy Church 1266 Webbtown Road, Maple Hill, NC 28454.
Interment will follow in the Durden Field Cemetery Maple Hill, NC.
Visitation for relatives and friends will be held 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Friday, November 14, 2025 at Dunn Funeral Home Chapel 810 West Wilmington Street Burgaw, NC. 28425
In Lieu of standing sprays, the family asks for potted plants or garden dishes that may be planted and cherished as a continuing symbol of love.
