Mr. John Vinson McAllister of Atkinson transitioned from labor to reward peacefully on Thursday, November 25, 2021 at his residence. He is the husband of Mrs. Cheryl Lawton McAllister.

Celebration of Life Service will be held 1:00pm Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at Dunn Funeral Home Chapel 810 West Wilmington Street Burgaw, NC 28425. Interment will follow in the Lakes Chapel Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Halfway Branch Road, Atkinson.

Viewing for relatives and friends will be held 4:00pm to 6:00pm Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at Dunn Funeral Home, Burgaw, NC.
