It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jimmy Lee Washington, who departed this life on March 25, 2025, at Novant New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC.
Jimmy is survived by his mother, Jannie B. Washington; son, Jimmy Washington; grandson, Jayden Washington; significant other, Sonia Royes and a host of loving family and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 30, 2025, at 3:00 PM at First Assembly of God, located at 212 W Main Street, Wallace, NC.
A public visitation on Saturday, March 29, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, at Dunn Funeral Home Chapel, 810 W Wilmington St, Burgaw, NC.
Jimmy will be laid to rest at Newkirk Chapel Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, 2990 Willard Road, Willard, NC.
