Mr. Jerry Smith, age 69, of Michigan, formerly of Burgaw, NC transitioned on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 in Michigan.

A Private Memorial Service for Only the Family will be held 11:00am Saturday, July 11, 2020 at Dunn Funeral Home 810 West Wilmington Street Burgaw, NC. Inurnment will follow the Memorial service in the Burgaw Cemetery.
