Mr. Japell "Hollywood" Hollingsworth, 40, passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2013.
The funeral will be 1:00pm Monday, December 23, 2013, at the Middle District Baptist Headquarters, Burgaw, N.C. Burial will be in the Messick family Cemetery. A visitation for relatives and friends will be 4-6 pm Sunday, December 22, 2013, at Dunn Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc.
