Janice Jacobs of Winston Salem, formerly of Burgaw, NC passed away on February 2, 2015.
The funeral service will be 2:00 pm, Sunday, February 8, 2015 at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, Watha, NC. Burial will follow in the Major Jacob Cemetery, Burgaw, NC.
A visitation for relatives and friends will be 4-6 pm Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Dunn Funeral Home.
