Mr. James Ofield Knox , age 73, of Castle Hayne at the summons of Almighty God transcended from this earthly house into celestial peace with God our Father on Sunday, June 27, 2021 while at New Hanover Regional Medical Center located in Wilmington, NC. He is the husband of Mrs. Shirley D. Knox.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00p.m. on Sunday, July 4, 2021 at The Chapel of Dunn Funeral Home - 810 W. Wilmington St. Burgaw, NC 28425. Military Honors will immediately follow.

Public Viewing will take place from 1:00p.m. - 1:50p.m. on on Sunday, July 4, 2021 at The Chapel of Dunn Funeral Home - 810 W. Wilmington St. Burgaw, NC 28425 prior to the 2:00p.m. Celebration of Life Service.
