Gabriel Lamont Fullard, lovingly known as “Primo,” passed away on October 13, 2026, in Rocky Point, North Carolina. He was born on January 2, 1985, in Wilmington, North Carolina. Gabriel will be remembered as a vibrant, unforgettable presence whose energy filled every room and whose spirit brought joy to the people around him.

Gabriel was truly the life of the party. He loved to dance, loved being around people, and had a way of making gatherings feel warmer and more alive. A true jack of all trades, he brought skill, heart, and personality into the many roles he held in life. He worked as a FedEx delivery driver and as a barber, meeting people from all walks of life and leaving a lasting impression through both his work and his character.

Outside of work, Gabriel found happiness in the things that brought people together. He enjoyed cooking and being the DJ at events, sharing both his talents and his love of celebration with family and friends. He also loved cheering on his favorite teams, the Miami Heat and the Denver Broncos. Among the accomplishments he held most dear were obtaining his diploma and building a life centered on his family, both of which reflected his determination and his deep love for those closest to him.

Above all, Gabriel treasured his family. He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Fullard; his daughter, Sabrina Fullard; Amir Miller; and his brother, Blanie Fullard. He also leaves a host of relatives and friends who will continue to carry his memory forward with love. His presence, laughter, and generous spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Beginning Thursday, October 22, 2026, his wife will receive relatives and friends at the homestead. A visitation will be held on Friday, October 23, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Dunn Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 810 W Wilmington St, Burgaw, North Carolina 28425. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at St. John Missionary Baptist Church, 22140 North Carolina 210, Rocky Point, North Carolina 28457. Burial will take place at Saint Mark Cemetery in Rocky Point, North Carolina.

Gabriel Lamont Fullard’s life was marked by love, music, laughter, hard work, and devotion to family. Those who knew and loved him will remember a man who knew how to bring joy to others and who lived with a spirit that could not be ignored. His memory will remain a blessing to all whose lives he touched.
