Mrs. Frances Elaine Buford Moore , age 69, of Hampstead, NC, quietly departed this life and received her rest on Monday, January 23, 2023 while in the comfort of her residence. She is the wife of Mr. Marshall Moore.

A Homegoing Celebration will convene at 11:00a.m. on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at Union Bethel A.M.E. Church - 11 Union Bethel Rd Hampstead, NC 28443. Interment will follow at 2:00p.m. at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery -  110 Montford Point Road Jacksonville, NC 28540.

All Viewing for relatives and friends will take place at the end of the Homegoing Celebration.
