Mr. Floyd Edward Gore, Sr. , age 75, of Maple Hill, peacefully relinquished his earthly life for a more promising one with God the father on Friday, January 12, 2024 while at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center located in Wilmington, North Carolina.

A Homegoing Celebration will convene at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at The Chapel of Dunn Funeral Home - 810 W. Wilmington St. Burgaw, NC 28425. Interment will immediately follow in the James Family Cemetery located on Ander Moore Road in Maple Hill, NC.

Public Viewing and Visitation for relatives and friends will take place during the hours of 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 19, 2024 at The Chapel of Dunn Funeral Home - 810 W. Wilmington St. Burgaw, NC 28425.
