Mr. Evander J. McLeod, Jr. , age 66, of Navassa, formerly of Rocky Point, was peacefully added to Heaven's army of angels on Friday, December 29, 2023 while at the Lower Cape Fear Life Care Center located in Wilmington, NC.

A Celebration of Life Service will convene at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, January 13, 2023 at St. Matthews Missionary Baptist Church located in Rocky Point, NC. Interment will immediately follow in the McLeod Family Cemetery located in Rose Hill, North Carolina.

Public Viewing for relatives and friends will take place during the hour of 11:00 a.m. - 11:50 a.m. on Saturday, January 13, 2023 at St. Matthews Missionary Baptist Church located in Rocky Point, NC prior to the 12:00 Noon Celebration of Life Service.
