Mr. Eugene McKay Wright age 70 formerly of the Lagoon Community, Kelly completed all the electrical work on his new home and was able to peacefully move in.

Eugene is survived by his wife, Drusilla Melvin Wright; Children, Keith Willis, Jannie K. Wright, Ashley Wright Smith, Sharonda Wright, Yateisha Wright and Bobby K. Wright; Siblings, Sarah Wright, Mary Witchet, Barbara Wright, Bonnie Wright, Laura Graham and Stacy Wright; Aunt, Rebecca Lacewell; aunt, Rebecca Wright and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Homegoing celebration will be held 11:00am Thursday, October 10, 2024 at Foundation Church 909 South Poplar Street Elizabethtown, NC 28337.

Interment will follow in the Community Cemetery Barney Coe Road Kelly, NC.
