Ms. Ernell Shepard, age 76, of Wilmington, at the summons of Almighty God quietly relinquished her earthly life and was added to Heaven's garden on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 while at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center located in Wilmington, North Carolina.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1:00pm on October 28, 2023 at Old Scott's Hill A.M.E. Church. Public Viewing will be held one (1) hour prior to the service on October 28, 2023.  Burial will immediately follow in the Woodside Community Cemetery located in Hampstead, NC.

Relatives and Friends are being received in Wilmington at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Dishawn and Vincent Redd.
