Mrs. Ellen Cannady Brown , age 97, of the Browntown Community of Hampstead, peacefully crossed the sands of time and was added to Heaven's beautiful garden on Thursday, March 3, 2022 while at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center located in Wilmington, North Carolina.

The Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00p.m. on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at Christian Chapel No. 2 Missionary Baptist Church located in Hampstead, North Carolina. Interment will immediately follow at the Batts Cemetery.

ALL VIEWING for family and friends will take place at the conclusion of the Celebration of Life Service.
