Obituary
Ms. Dorthy Elizabeth Simpson , age 95, of Currie, gracefully laid down the burdens of this life on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 while at Pender Memorial Hospital, Burgaw, NC.
A Homegoing Celebration will be held at 1:30p.m. on Sunday, February 13, 2022 at Moore's Creek Missionary Baptist Church - 60 Minuteman Rd, Currie, NC 28435. Interment will immediately follow in the Moore's Creek Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Currie NC.
Family Visitation and Viewing will take place 5:00p.m. - 6:00p.m. on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at The Chapel of Dunn Funeral Home - 810 W. Wilmington St. Burgaw, NC 28425.
