It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Doris Ann McKoy Farrior, who was born on February 17, 1948, and departed this life on May 31, 2025, at NorthChase Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Wilmington, NC.

She was the beloved wife of the late Tony Farrior and leaves behind her devoted son, Rodney Smith, along with a host of cherished relatives and dear friends who will forever hold her memory close. Doris was a woman of strength, grace, and unwavering character. She touched the lives of many and will be truly missed.

A Celebration of Life will take place at 1:00 PM on Friday, June 6, 2025, at Dunn Funeral Home Chapel, located at 810 W Wilmington St, Burgaw, NC 28425.

A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, allowing family and friends to gather in remembrance.

Interment rites will be held immediately following the service at Whitestocking Community Cemetery in Burgaw, NC, where she will be laid to rest alongside her late husband, Tony Farrior.
