Mrs. Doris JoAnn Cottle Rooks, age 75, of Watha, NC passed away on Thursday, January 23, 2020 at New Hanover regional Medical Center Wilmington, NC.
A memorial service honoring her life will be held on 2:00pm Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Watha United Methodist Church, 160 Camp Kirkwood Road, Watha, NC 28478.
