Derrick T. Smith formerly of Burgaw, NC passed away on August 19, 2025 in Wilmington.
Funeral service celebrating Derrick's life will be held 3:00pm Sunday, August 31, 2025 at New Pike Creek A.M.E. Church 7178 Stag Park Road, Burgaw, NC 28425.
Interment will follow in Riverview Memorial Garden 9350 US Highway 117, Willard, NC 28478.
All viewing will be held prior to the funeral service during the hour of 3:00pm -3:30pm at New Pike Creek A.M.E. Church.
