It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of David Thurman Moore, who left us on July 23, 2024, at the age of 93. David passed away peacefully at Novant New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC. A long-time resident of Burgaw, NC, David was born on October 19, 1930.

David proudly served his country in the Air Force, demonstrating unwavering dedication and bravery. His service to the nation was a testament to his character and commitment.

David's life was a tapestry of love, honor, and resilience. He touched the lives of many with his kindness and generosity.
