Mrs. Corine Herring Jarrell , age 80, of Sumter, South Carolina gracefully crossed the sands of time and entered eternity on Saturday, July 29, 2023 while in Sumter, South Carolina. She is the daughter of the late Christopher and Lucy Alderman Herring. She is the wife of Mr. Carl Jarrell of Sumter, S.C.

A Homegoing Celebration will convene at 11:00a.m. on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at Lakes Chapel Missionary Baptist Church located in Atkinson, North Carolina. Interment will immediately follow in the Herring Family Cemetery.

Visitation for relatives and friends will take place during the hours of 5:00p.m. - 7:00p.m. on Friday, August 4, 2023 at The Chapel of Dunn Funeral Home - 810 W. Wilmington St. Burgaw, NC 28425.
