Christopher Dean Hill, born on May 28, 1961, in Duplin County, passed away peacefully on May 15, 2026, in Onslow County. His life was marked by a deep commitment to family, community, and faith, leaving behind a legacy cherished by all who knew him.

Christopher is survived by his beloved children: Christopher Hill, Angel Henry, and Tamira Holmes, each of whom carry forward his steadfast spirit and enduring love. He also leaves behind a devoted circle of siblings who stood beside him through life’s journey: Ava Lane, Daphine Hill, Ruth Pickett, Grace Hill, Greta Pickett, Sophia Hill, Deatra Hill, Lisa Hill, John A. Hill, and Joan Hill. Beyond these close ties, Christopher’s life touched many others, embraced by a host of family and friends who will remember him fondly.

A celebration of Christopher’s life will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, May 25, 2026, at the Greater St. Paul United Holy Church located at 1300 Webbtown Road, Maple Hill, NC 28454. This gathering will offer a meaningful opportunity for family, friends, and community members to honor his memory and share stories of his impact. Following the service, interment will take place at the Hill Family Cemetery in Maple Hill.

Prior to the service, a viewing for relatives and friends will be conducted from 12:00 noon until 12:50 pm at the Greater St. Paul United Holy Church, providing a quiet moment for reflection and farewell.

Christopher Dean Hill’s presence enriched the lives of many, and though he has departed from this world, his spirit and memory endure through those he loved and who loved him.
