Mr. Charles E. Hooper, Sr., 72, of Kelly, passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2013, at his residence.
The funeral will be 1:00 p.m. Sunday, December 15, 2013, at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Kelly. Burial will be in the Hooper Family Cemetery. A visitation for relatives and friends will be 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. Saturday, December 14, 2013, at Dunn Funeral Home.
