Mrs. Carolyn Ann Watkins, 62, of Maple Hill, went home to be with the Lord in Johnston County, North Carolina.

Mrs. Watkins was born on February 3, 1951 in Maple Hill, North Carolina to the late Willie and Roxie Wooten. She was a member of St. John Missionary Baptist Church of Maple Hill in her youth, and later attended First Missionary Baptist Church of Wilson Mills, North Carolina after moving to Wake/Johnston County. She was a graduate of C.F. Pope High School.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 6, at St. John Missionary Baptist Church, Maple Hill. Burial will be at St. John Cemetery.
